I am writing to raise a concern regarding our booking for Warner Bros. Studio Tour London The Making of Harry Potter scheduled on 3 May 2026 at 11:00 AM, under Booking Reference ID: ATT513252.
Upon arriving at the venue as per the scheduled time, our client were informed by the Warner Bros.
Studio Tour staff that there was no valid booking under our client name/reference. As a result, our client were denied entry despite holding a confirmed voucher issued through Klook.
This situation caused significant inconvenience and disappointment, especially as the visit was pre-planned and time-bound. We fulfilled all requirements from our end, including arriving on time and carrying the necessary documentation.
The most concerning aspect was the lack of accessible customer support to resolve the issue promptly. There was no customer care number available, and assistance was limited to a chatbot with predefined responses.
When we attempted to connect with a live agent, the waiting queue remained at 30 despite waiting for over an hour. As a result, we were unable to reach any representative for assistance, which ultimately led to our client missing the scheduled sightseeing.

Booked a show for 8pm. Klook failed to update on my booking it is actually for 2pm instead as apparently all 8pm shows were sold out but when i clicked in i managed to bookit?
No reminder email was sent, issue happened in April and by the time I found out, had missed the show.
Promised refund but nothing given back and they basically blaming me for their mistake. Horrible experience.

- - Insurance is marketed as full coverage, but the claim process is unclear.
- - Process delays and unclear contacts risk $1,700 loss and legal action.
We had an accident during our car rental oversees. The insurance is supposed to be a full coverage.
Klook has "instructions" on how to make the claim, but every time you click a hyperlink, it takes you to the same "instruction" page without any info on who exactly to contact and how.
They give you 60 days to figure it out, but while that sounds like a lot, it's impossible to figure out.
I have contacted AXA directly and submitted claims with them. That whole process took a good amount of time, and by the time we heard back that we should send in our claim to a different email address, it was leaning towards the 60 days.
The email address was they provided was also for the injury claim department, and we weren't injured.
Overall, their protection plan is awful and is a scam.
We're about to lose $1,700, and I will have to file legal action.
